DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED:

Old, superceded, but awesome. Raydream studio might be old, but it works. The
whole scene was modeled and animated with Raydream. This is my first ever
attempt at an animation, so bear with me. Bob is just a combination of two
spheres and a cylinder with eyes and eyebrows. The robot is also made out of
primitives. Since Raydream isn't equipped for character animation, Bob's "Hop
Cycle" was a little tedious, but it turned out all right. I had to do it from
scratch every time he hopped, which didn't turn out bad, because nothing hops
evenly anyway. =) His skin was created in POV-RAY and used as an image-map. The
Gimp was used to touch up some textures before use, and for some of the titles.
I used Premier to add titles and put the whole thing together. Cmpeg was used
to convert the targa sequence to an MPEG-1 file. This animation turned out
really good considering that I'm only 14 and had to do this in between
schoolwork. (Christmas break was a big help) =).
