IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Use of Black Magic to balance the budget.

In some place hidden deep under Washington, the last best chance
for tax reform and a balanced budget is happening. The devil himself
has been called on for assistance. All prior advice
( such as from Finance 101 - "If you don't have the money DONT SPEND IT")
and other studies have been shoved into the bookcase now covered with cobwebs
and ignored.

The trio at the far left in the see, hear and say no evil represent the people
who have
been waiting for the promised tax reform for oh about 6 years now. Unfortunatly
this bunch
held their breath while waiting for it.

There is always a trade off when dealing with the devil. I wonder who its going
to be.

For those who have a problem with the above concept I wish to point out that I
have
used many Halos to compensate.

OK I am now in my flameproof suit and am safe behind the firewall.
Let the comments commence.

The skeletons are not in the zip file - 7.3 meg triangle file - poser
generated.

The walls are built of boxes with a bitmap texture. The floor is a differant
bitmap.

The large fire is a cylinder with a texture map. It was probaly the hardest part
of this to
get right.

Oh by the way, if this pic dosen't fit into any description of any ceremony
you've ever
heard of it because I couldn't find anything in the way of actual info so I
am just winging it.

The pentigram is composed of half boxes, scaled to a nice size.
The circle is there because its a magic circle.
The small candles are lathes, with halos for flames

The large candles are a lot simpler then they look.
Top and bottom parts are lathes
coller pieces are sets of tori
links sections are 4 spiral blobs

The magician was modeled with poser but with 2, 7 meg file I doubted I would
finish
compiling the picture before the deadline. The Chest area was replaced with a
blob.
The head was replaced by the Magic Helmet (which did not start life as a donkey
head ).
The feet/hips walked off. The resulting file dropped to just under a meg.

Some textures are from or are based on stuff found on the net. No credit is
given because
no names were included in the file
