IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
I was thinking what the best way to discribe a world within a
world, and I though of all the individual atoms. This is a portrayal of "God's
Chemestry set" building a DNA molecule.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
First I spent several days trying to
model the individual elements. Nearly every element that I could find a
picture of I modeled a texture for. The main rendering was at a resolution
four times greater than this. A lot of the detail was lost in the noise from
the compression.
Then I seperatly modeled the DNA model and used models of Jupiter and
two of it's moons from the USGS website, and modeled them around a sphere.
Then I build a hollow sphere as a starscape.
The main rendering was 5.4 megs, but it is breathtaking. This forced me
to cut it down a bit with MGI photosuite. Then voila, here we are.
