IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

I was more isolated than a shipwrecked sailor on a raft in the middle of the
ocean.
Thus you can imagine my amazement, at sunrise, when I was awakened by an odd
little
voice. It said:
_- If you please- draw me a sheep!_

This is part of "The Little Prince" by Antoine De Saint-Exup_ry, the moment
he
first meet the Little Prince.
It_s the starting point of one of the most beautiful stories I have ever
read. So this
is a kind of tribute to Saint-Exup_ry. And to make this tribute complete I
recommend
everybody to read this book.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

It_s hard to explain how did I did it because my way of working is a bit
crazy. I dont have
a powerful computer nor powerful programs, so I try with this: if it works, OK,
if it doesnt
work, I try with another thing. So If someone is interested in this image I
invited him/her to
write me.
The only thing I can say about technics is: work with _normal map patterns_.
It_s not
difficult and often it gives you very interesting results, this is, the mix of
different
normals in differente directions. That's the way I did the metal of the compass,
the bricks and
the stone under the compass. It has been my personal discovery while doing this
image.
