IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

When children play, they are somewhat godlike, creating, destructing and merging
reality with plastic toys in their mind. They are part of the scene without
being. They have no scale of reality, because... it doesn't matter!

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Two car models downloaded on http://www.blenderman.org (author: pajufiraz),
trees made with POV-Tree and imported into Blender with the help of 3DPsycho
python script. For the hand, I used MakeHuman, using my Child target (official
part of the MakeHuman project I'm a contributor for). DOF is made within
Blender using the zblur plugin. Volumetric light and small halos (hard to
notice!) around the hand are made using Halo spots and Halo shaders (no
post-pro). Marbles are regular spheres using Ray Alpha and Ray Refraction.
Originally there was motion blur on both cars but rendering times were too high
so it didn't make it into my final render. Lighting consists in Ambiant
Occlusion (6 samples only), an Area Light and a Hemi Light. Blender logo added
using Gimp. File resized from 1280*640 to 960*480 pixels using Gimp.
