IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

Do yo remember when playing Yo-yo? I imagined myself looping the loop in a
bright day, and the spinning yo-yo in the front of it...

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

The image use photons for caustincs, two area lights and motion blur from
MegaPOV to obtain the moving-look I wanted.
I modelled the structure in Moray, but switch to plain file in MegaPOV to change
it. The outer parts (transparent plastic) are a rotating sweep exported as a
triangle mest. It use the glass texture from glass.inc that include efects for
caustics. The rope is a tiny cylinder with spiral finish (scallop patern).
At first it didn't satisfied me the plastic reflex, but when put the sky, the
second area light and the floor (a big green disk), it improve a lot.
After the 16 hours of rendering the image was better than I expect, because I
coudn't test before all the efects together at full resolution and
antialiasing.
Finally, I'm very happy of this, my first entry in the IRTC (at last).
